Diplomatic Relations

The Government of Fiji’s ongoing drive to formalize diplomatic relations with all Member States of the United Nations, has taken a further step forward during the month of June.
Ceremonies have been held to this effect in New York this month around the signing of communiqués establishing diplomatic relations. Fiji Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Peter Thomson, has represented Fiji at these ceremonies along with Second Secretary Esala Nayasi.
