A recent gradute of Hunter College of the City University of New York, she majored in political science and minored in Spanish and Italian.

Ms. Rayan was born in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea and has lived in New York for the past fifteen years. She is tasked with, among others, the maintenance of the Mission's website and any queries in this regard may be directed to her at irayan at fijiprun.org.
